What is hydrogen water and why is everyone talking about it?

Hydrogen water is normal water with extra hydrogen gas added to it. Hydrogen is a gas that has no color, smell, or taste.

We already know that water (H₂O) is made of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. In hydrogen water, we add more hydrogen gas to it.

Some people say this extra hydrogen can help improve health. But scientists are still studying it, and there is no strong proof yet.

You can buy hydrogen water in bottles. You can also use special machines at home to make it, just like soda machines.

Hydrogen water is also called hydrogen-rich water or hydrogen-infused water.
